Forty-five minutes, on video, with your Map open. You bring your numbers, I bring the design. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you in the first ten minutes and we're done, no hard feelings.
What the session is
A working conversation about your numbers. We confirm what you want, what you can sustainably commit, what you need to reach and when, and whether an individual design makes sense for you at all. If it does, we go through what a design looks like, how to read an illustration in order, and what my compensation is on it.
What it isn't
Not a pitch deck. Nothing to buy on the call. I do three of these a day, so I'd rather disqualify you early than waste your afternoon.
What to bring
Your Recapture Map, filled in as far as you can get it. Your real rates off the statements, not guesses. And whoever decides with you. If that's your spouse, they should be on the call.
What happens after
If we agree it fits, the application goes through a secure process, then underwriting, then a second decision that's yours to make when the approved offer is in front of you. I don't promise timelines and I don't promise approvals.
